Food Service

Our kitchen and dining hall are in a beautiful brick, A-frame facility.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped to serve wholesome, delicious meals. Guests are served a variety of menu items buffet style.

Because our society can often be fragmented and isolated, we value sharing meals together in our dining room in a leisurely atmosphere. Guests can also sit and warm themselves by the fireplace, or enjoy eating on our spacious patio.

Slow down and smell the homemade biscuits!

Our experienced staff is trained to make modifications to the camp menu for those who are vegetarian or gluten-free if requested at least two weeks in advance.  Our limited kitchen facilities do not allow us the flexibility for individual special diets (celiacs may not be able to tolerate cross contamination inherent in our small kitchen)  but we do provide a wide range of food options for persons to choose from.  If you have food allergies, please let us know upon your arrival so we can tell you if any dish contains these items.  Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
