Deep breath …aaahhh…. breathe refreshing clean air, drink ice cold spring water, eat delicious home-cooked meals, sleep in a deluxe private room, enjoy views of frolicking wildlife, nap in peace and quiet, hike mountains right out your door, read a good book, dabble in pristine Wallowa Lake, shop in adorable Joseph, OR. You will be staying in our Volunteer Community Center!

All of this is yours for 4-6 hours a day of fun volunteering (dishwashing, washing windows, painting etc...) at camp!

Summer Volunteer Staff Applicants must meet the following requirements

Applicants must:

  • Submit a volunteer application, which includes
    • Your relevant personal information
    • Agreement to be in alignment with our Mission Statement
    • Two References who are not relatives
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • Complete an online medical form (paper forms available if necessary).
  • Be able to interact with other people in a positive way
  • Be physically able to do the job you are applying for and to stand for long hours
  • Be willing to work as a team player, helping with things "outside" your job description.
  • Be able to work long, irregular hours
